Morning sessions are designed to awaken the body and mind, offering a blend of physical postures, breathing exercises, and dopamine activation through cold plunge in a natural lake. Helping you to mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically release tension, be open to receive, and foster a deeper connection with yourself. This activity will set the day for a foundation of personal growth. Activating a sense of curiosity for tapping into the whispers, yearnings, visions, feelings and calls meant for you.

We all have a default mode network, letting go and leaning into an immersive auditory experience where you are bathed in soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like gongs and singing bowls. This practice promotes deep relaxation, mental clarity, and a heightened sense of awareness, aiding in the journey of self-discovery.

These exercises involve intentional and conscious breathing patterns that help in regulating the body's energy flow. They are effective for releasing emotional blockages, reducing stress, and enhancing mental focus, all of which are crucial for embracing change and personal growth.

A series of workshops that delve into the building blocks for various dimensions of personal growth and development. Maximizing our potential through learning new things, upgrading your mindset and developing new neuropathways. These pathways help create new thought patterns designed to equip you with practical skills and knowledge.This will help foster a mindset of growth and ability to manifest your intentions into reality even after our time together has ended. You will leave with a spiritual tool box to assist you on your own soul led journey.

Like most retreats you leave with a list of beautiful goals and tools only to fall short as the real world steps in and railroads your progress. Not this time! We will meet up via zoom to connect in a continued safe space as an empowered community once a quarter to complete the year.
